Payment timing
Programme selection and payment can happen only after assessment completion, account claim, screening continuation, and required consents.
Clinical review
Required lab testing and licensed South African clinician review remain part of the final decision process. Pharmacy handoff can occur only after the required approvals and payment-state checks.
Patient responsibilities
Patients must provide accurate information, keep account access private, use the secure portal for patient-specific matters, and seek urgent in-person care for emergencies.
