Service scope
Cendara helps adults in South Africa start a private Cendara Weight assessment, share health context safely, receive care support, and move through lab and clinician review steps where appropriate. Services may open in stages while safety, partner, payment, and support checks are completed.
Programme and pricing
Cendara Weight has three programme options: Smart, Standard, and Original Review. Public pricing is a starting monthly programme amount for orientation. Personal next steps and payable amounts appear only after assessment, secure sign-in, care-option review, lab testing where needed, and required confirmations.
Renewal details
The public site does not publish a subscription minimum period or renewal schedule. If a care option uses recurring billing, those details must be stated plainly before you approve payment.
Clinical safeguards
Cendara collects context through the website, assessment, support channels, and payment steps. Diagnosis, prescriptions, treatment decisions, in-person care needs, and outcomes remain clinical matters for licensed professionals.
What payment starts
Payment starts medical work, including review, support, and lab coordination where needed. It is not a medicine sale, prescription guarantee, treatment guarantee, delivery guarantee, or replacement for clinician review.
Telehealth consent
By using online care features, you agree to the telehealth consent terms. Online care can be convenient, but it has limits. A clinician may ask for more information, redirect you to in-person care, or stop an online path if that is safer.
Patient responsibilities
Patients must provide accurate information, keep account access private, use the secure portal for patient-specific matters, and avoid submitting urgent medical concerns through Cendara public channels.
Emergency boundary
Cendara is not an emergency service. For urgent symptoms, severe side effects, chest pain, breathing difficulty, fainting, thoughts of self-harm, or any life-threatening concern, seek immediate in-person care or contact local emergency services.

Cendara may update these terms as the service, legal review, partner requirements, payment rules, or care steps change. Updated terms apply from the date shown on this page.
