What sets your exact price

Exact means itemised.

Your final amount depends on the plan you choose and what your care needs - for example, whether lab checks apply. Before you pay, you see the amount broken down in plain language. If billing would repeat, those details must be shown before you approve payment. If you stop care, refunds are based on care that has not started yet, with payment-provider rules and applicable law taking priority.

What payment starts.

Your payment starts the clinical work: review of your history, safety signals, and labs where needed. It is not a medicine purchase. A clinician still decides whether treatment is right for you.

If treatment is not right for you.

If Cendara has not started the relevant clinical, lab, support, pharmacy, courier, or partner work, the refundable amount is based on what has not started yet. If clinician review shows online care should not continue, Cendara stops medicine or delivery coordination before it begins. Work that has already started is reviewed separately under the refund policy, payment-provider rules, and applicable law.
